We start by understanding your home and your goals
When you request a survey, we match you with the nearest available surveyor.
They will visit your home or building, assess your current insulation, heating and ventilation, and talk through the issues you want to solve.
- Check attic, walls and floors for insulation and draughts.
- Review heating system, controls and hot water where relevant.
- Discuss comfort problems, high bills or specific rooms you are worried about.
- Outline potential SEAI grants and upgrade options.
From there, we prepare a clear quotation so you can decide what to do now and what to plan for later.
