- Retrofit surveyors (with SEAI or BER experience)

Not always — some roles include training. But we do value previous experience in insulation, heating or retrofits.
What counties do you work in?
We cover all 32 counties and hire locally wherever possible.
Are positions full-time?
Yes — most field and office roles are full-time. Some part-time admin roles may be available depending on location.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes — installation crews receive a company van, tools, safety gear, and branded workwear.
Is travel required?
