What customers say
“Booked for first thing Monday, arrived on time and talked me through the checks. Replaced a nozzle and filter, combustion numbers spot on and the boiler is noticeably quieter. Left everything spotless.”
— Siobhán K., Ennis, Co. Clare
“Needed a service and safety check before winter. Engineer was friendly and thorough, spotted a minor flue seal issue and sorted it there and then. Report landed in my inbox the same afternoon. Delighted.”
— Darragh L., Bray, Co. Wicklow

What to expect on the day
Your engineer will call ahead with an arrival window, arrive with ID, lay floor protection and isolate the boiler safely before starting. A standard service takes 45–60 minutes; hot water and heating will be off for part of that time. We clean and check the burner, run a flue-gas test, confirm safety devices and reinstate the boiler, then talk you through the readings and any recommendations. You’ll receive a clear service report before we leave, and we tidy the area so you’re ready to use your heating straight away.
What we’ll ask when you book
- Fuel and boiler make/model (if known)
- Any fault codes or symptoms
- Property Eircode and preferred access times
Have these ready and we’ll allocate the right engineer first time.
