Basic eligibility checklist

  • Your home was built and occupied before 2011
  • You own the property (homeowners, landlords, AHBs allowed)
  • Your home has not already received the same grant before
  • You plan to install SEAI-approved upgrades by a registered contractor
  • For full retrofits: your home must reach a post-upgrade BER of B2 or better
