Who is Premier Insulations?
Premier Insulations is an Irish-owned home energy upgrade company established in 1984. We’ve completed over 10,000 projects across the country — including attic insulation, cavity wall, heat pumps, spray foam, solar PV and SEAI-funded retrofits.
What services do you provide?

Do you offer a free home survey?
Yes — all insulation, heating and retrofit projects begin with a free survey. We assess your home, advise on suitable measures, confirm grant eligibility and send you a clear quote. No pressure, no obligation.
Are you SEAI approved?
Yes — we’re a fully registered SEAI contractor for the Better Energy Homes and One Stop Shop schemes. We follow all compliance requirements and issue full documentation for every job.
Do you operate nationwide?
Yes — we cover all 32 counties in Ireland using local surveyors and trained install teams. From rural homes to urban retrofits, we’ve delivered upgrades across every region. See service areas.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Surveys can often be booked within 2–4 working days. Most installs are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the service, season and grant process.
Do you handle SEAI paperwork?
Yes — we manage all grant forms, SEAI technical documentation, photo evidence, warranties and compliance handovers. We’ve handled thousands of successful grant submissions.
Do you subcontract the work?
No — all major works are carried out by trained in-house technicians. We do not subcontract insulation, heating, or solar installations.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes — we provide full warranties, handover documentation, and SEAI-required post-install records. Our work is guaranteed and backed by real experience.
Do you do small jobs or only big retrofits?
We do both. Whether you need attic insulation in one home or a full package of upgrades across multiple properties, we scale to suit the job. We also support landlords and property managers.
