What to expect on the day

Your engineer will call ahead with an arrival window, arrive with ID, lay floor protection and isolate the boiler safely before starting. A standard gas service takes 45–60 minutes; heating and hot water will be off for part of the visit. We complete the checks, review the readings with you and email a clear service report before we leave.
